- Location: Bengaluru
- Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency.
- Good knowledge of Engineering Drawings
- CAD software knowledge like CATIA, SolidWorks, and UG will be an added advantage.
- Relevant internship or project experience in aerospace, automotive, or related industries. will be an added advantage.
Your Responsibility: Accenture Recruitment Drive 2024
- Collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate conceptual ideas into detailed design solutions for aerospace and automotive components, systems, or mechanical structures.
- Gain Knowledge of industry-specific processes, methods, and tools.
- Utilizing CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks,) to create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings.
- Conducting engineering stress analysis and simulations (e.g., Finite Element Analysis – FEA) to validate designs and ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Participating in design reviews, and documenting design specifications and technical reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Keeping abreast of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in aerospace, automobile, and mechanical engineering design.
- Conducting research, performing calculations, and creating technical documentation to support engineering projects.
- Support the engineering team to execute their work fast and efficiently.
Major Eligibility: Accenture Recruitment Drive 2024
- All streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech- Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering (and their sub-branches) with any year of pass-out until 2024- full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered)
- Note: MBA /PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this role
- No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
- You should have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role), in the stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during the course of your degree. (Eg: You must complete your B.Tech in 4 years).
- Candidate should not have appeared for the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
- Candidate should not have more than 23 months of experience.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship/ have relevant work permit documents.
- Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without the need to obtain a work visa. All other foreign nationals require a work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India.
- You are willing to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company.
- You are willing to join /relocate to any Accenture office across India.

Mock Test
- You will get a 20-minute mock/practice assessment.
- Mock assessment is mandatory, and it will ensure that you have the right hardware, software, and internet.
- This assessment will help you to get an experience of the actual assessments.
Assessment #1: Cognitive assessment
Duration – 50 minutes.
Mode: Virtual
Cognitive assessment includes 50 questions on below topics:
- English ability
- Critical thinking and Problem-solving
- Abstract Reasoning
You are required to meet the section and subsection cut-off in our assessment to be considered for further rounds.
Interview – Online.
After clearing the Cognitive round, you will be invited for a virtual interview.
