- A maximum of 3 years gap in education is allowed between 10th and the commencement of graduation.
- No gaps are permitted during graduation. The degree must be completed in 4 years.
- Graduation must be a full-time degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens. PIO or OCI card holders are eligible. Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a citizenship certificate.
- Minimum Age: Candidates must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
- Year of Passing: Only 2025 graduates are eligible.

Selection Process
