Key Responsibilities
Capgemini Off-Campus 2025 Hiring- As part of Capgemini’s CSG team, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Customer Service & Troubleshooting: Providing best-in-class technical support and problem resolution to customer queries through phone, chat, email, and digital support channels.
- Ticket Management: Prioritizing tickets based on urgency, categorizing issues accurately, tracking ticket statuses (open, on-hold, closed), and keeping customers updated throughout the resolution cycle.
- Business Intelligence Support: Using ticket analytics and tools to provide data-driven support and improve service delivery.
- Service Delivery: Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues in line with customer expectations.
