Position Overview and Requirements: Hexaware Off Campus Fresher Hiring 2024

Candidates should have a consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% or 6 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation, without any live backlogs at the time of registration. The year of passing should be 2024. Eligible candidates are graduates with a background in BSc (CS/IT/Electronics/EEE/Circuital) or BCA.

Job Description: Hexaware Off Campus Fresher Hiring 2024

As an IMS Trainee, successful candidates will be responsible for providing essential support in IT infrastructure management and customer service. Key responsibilities include:

1. Effective verbal and written communication in English is essential.
2. Familiarity with ITIL processes and the ability to handle international clients through phone and email communication.
3. Adherence to established service level metrics for call response, technical support, and overall customer service satisfaction.
4. Providing Help Desk support to end users, including Level 1/2 support for IT infrastructure and applications.
5. Logging incidents and call tickets using appropriate ticketing tools, and ensuring prompt resolution by monitoring incoming queues.
6. Completion of IT Service Desk opening and closing checklists.
7. Researching and updating the knowledge base to facilitate first-call resolution for technical issues.
8. Performing software installations, troubleshooting, configuration, and basic network support.
9. Optional use of remote tools such as Remote Desktop support, Dame Ware/Bomgar, or TeamViewer for troubleshooting end-user devices.
10. Following up with end users to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues within agreed timelines.
11. Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment as required.

Compensation and Benefits: Hexaware Off Campus Fresher Hiring 2024

Selected candidates will receive a competitive annual CTC of INR 3.00 lakhs. Additionally, there is a stipend of INR 15,000 for the initial 3 months of employment. A service agreement of 2 years with a penalty clause of INR 2 lakhs is also applicable
