Position: Associate Cloud Engineer
Responsibilities – Blackberry Off Campus Hiring 2024
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining DevOps tools and processes to support continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines in the cloud.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate manual processes, enhancing the efficiency of cloud applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure the high availability and performance of cloud applications, services, and systems.
  • Assist in overseeing cloud infrastructure and services using platforms such as AWS.
  • Engage in code evaluations and contribute to script development and automation tool enhancement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in DevOps practices and tools.
  • Work closely with developers and SDETs (Software Development Engineers in Test) as part of sprint cycles.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation and accurate bug report descriptions.
  • Assist in recreating and troubleshooting issues and conducting post-release/post-implementation activities.
  • Use the automation framework for feature tests and suggest changes or enhancements to the framework for feature validations.
  • Share ownership and accountability for product quality and release.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Fundamental grasp of the software development process and DevOps concepts.
