- Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience in working with the software development life cycle, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts are required.
- Familiarity with multi-tiered application design and development is necessary.
- Knowledge of RDBMS design, including SQL Server and Oracle, as well as HTML/DHTML and Java Script is expected.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear and concise expression.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills are highly valued for effective cooperation with colleagues.
- A solid understanding of scripting and object-oriented software development principles is necessary.
- Functional knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases is required.
- Strong development skills and a comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies are expected.
- Familiarity with refactoring or re-engineering solutions is desired.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for developing software solutions across various subsystems within our applications.
- Collaborates with requirements definition, prototyping, architectural design, coding, testing, and deployment phases of software development.
- Possesses a deep understanding of our applications, their structure, and how customers utilize them.
- Conducts research on new technologies and development tools to stay updated with current trends.
- Creates documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, readable code to document and demonstrate solutions.
- Conducts analysis of defects, performs root cause analysis, and collaborates with team members to resolve issues.
- Adheres to established internal quality systems and considers standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements during coding activities.
