Graduate Trainee for Service Desk:

  • 2021,2022,2023 batch of any 3-year Graduation program (UG full time degree).
  • Candidates having 50 % in X, XII, Diploma or UG.
  • Open to Indian nationals only.
  • Being flexible to any work locations, shift timing, technology.
  • The final Cognizant onboarding would be subject to satisfactory background verification.

General Eligibility:

  1. Ensure that both the first name and last name are updated on the PAN card if it is already available.
  2. If the last name is not updated in the PAN card, it is crucial to get it updated to facilitate successful background verification.
  3. Successful background verification relies on matching the PAN card name with the registered name in the superset; discrepancies may hinder the process.
  4. If a PAN card is not available, it is advised not to proceed with the application registration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver initial technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related concerns, and meticulously log and track all support tickets.
  2. Troubleshoot both hardware and software issues, conducting thorough diagnosis, and swiftly resolving technical problems to minimize downtime.
  3. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues, ensuring prompt resolution and contribute to maintaining an updated knowledge base for efficient problem-solving.

Role Expectations:

  1. Demonstrate a client-focused approach, interacting with users from diverse communities and cultures worldwide.
  2. Possess impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, while maintaining a solid technical knowledge base.
  3. Ability to work in shifts and be present in the office.
  4. Uphold a high standard of communication with clients and exhibit sound technical proficiency.
