Job Description
- Supports in conducting financial analyses, encompassing budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, rectifying, and financial modeling, with the intention of furnishing management with relevant information.
- Assists in gathering financial data, including budget, midyear forecast, and other pertinent information, to present comprehensive insights into profit and loss.
- Aids in scrutinizing budget, midyear forecast, and other financial data, identifying and recommending resolutions for basic issues or inconsistencies to management.
- Assists in creating and maintaining financial statements using accounting and budgeting software, ensuring standardized reports are generated for customers and management.
- May deliver financial training sessions to employees, fostering their comprehension and assisting them in completing budgets and other financial analyses.
- Monitors and resolves problems, while also delivering financial reports to user organizations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creates and records regular journal entries for company accounts, guaranteeing the accuracy and currency of the information.
- Reconciles balance sheet and income statement accounts with the general ledger, investigating and suggesting appropriate actions for minor inconsistencies.
- Constructs simple spreadsheets for account analysis and journal entries, ensuring the organization and standardization of records.
