- 8 Minimum CGPA (or similar) overall for B.Tech and MCA.
- For B.Sc and BCA – A minimum of 6.5 CGPA (or equivalent) at all academic levels.
- No current backlogs are allowed.
Eligible Disciplines:
- B.Tech: Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) (Circuit branches)
- B.Sc — IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics
- MCA and BCA graduates.
Selection Process:
- Aptitude Test: Time – 75 minutes.
- Coding Round – 60 to 90 minutes.
- Interviews: 3 rounds (1 Technical round, 1 Business Round, 1 HR Round)
- (P.S. Each stage of the interview is an elimination round.)

Compensation Details:
- For B.Tech/MCA Graduates:
- 3 Years Total Compensation: ₹22 LPA
- Who’d believe employees are starting out at 6 LPA + Joining Bonus (₹1 Lakh, 12-month clawback) in Year 1?
- Year 2: ₹6.6 LPA
- 3rd Year — ₹7.4 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus (12-month clawback applies).
- Retention Bonus: ₹50,000 on 25th Month Salary. The balance of ₹50,000 is payable upon securing two promotions during the course of the programme (on performance basis). This amount is forfeited if promotions are delayed.
For B.Sc/BCA Graduates:
- TC (for 3 Years): ₹21 LPA
- 1st Year: ₹5.5 LPA + ₹1 Lakh Joining Bonus (12-month clawback applicable).
- Year 2: ₹6.25 LPA
- The Third Year: ₹7.25 LPA + a ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus (with a 12-month clawback).
- Retention Bonus: ₹50,000 paid when the 25th-month salary is processed The rest ₹50,000 is given after getting two promotions during the program tenure based on performance. If promotions are postponed, this sum is lost.
