Candidates should have a consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% or 6 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation, without any live backlogs at the time of registration. The year of passing should be 2024. Eligible candidates are graduates with a background in BSc (CS/IT/Electronics/EEE/Circuital) or BCA.
Job Description: Hexaware Off Campus Fresher Hiring 2024
As an IMS Trainee, successful candidates will be responsible for providing essential support in IT infrastructure management and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Effective verbal and written communication in English is essential.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and the ability to handle international clients through phone and email communication.
- Adherence to established service level metrics for call response, technical support, and overall customer service satisfaction.
- Providing Help Desk support to end users, including Level 1/2 support for IT infrastructure and applications.
- Logging incidents and call tickets using appropriate ticketing tools, and ensuring prompt resolution by monitoring incoming queues.
- Completion of IT Service Desk opening and closing checklists.
- Researching and updating the knowledge base to facilitate first-call resolution for technical issues.
- Performing software installations, troubleshooting, configuration, and basic network support.
- Optional use of remote tools such as Remote Desktop support, Dame Ware/Bomgar, or TeamViewer for troubleshooting end-user devices.
- Following up with end users to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues within agreed timelines.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment as required.
Compensation and Benefits: Hexaware Off Campus Fresher Hiring 2024
Selected candidates will receive a competitive annual CTC of INR 3.00 lakhs. Additionally, there is a stipend of INR 15,000 for the initial 3 months of employment. A service agreement of 2 years with a penalty clause of INR 2 lakhs is also applicable
