Your Role at NTT DATA – NTT DATA Drive Hiring 2024
As an Associate Software Development Engineer, you will be involved in designing, developing, and testing software systems, modules, or applications to enhance existing products and create new ones, including cloud-based or internet-related tools. Your responsibilities will include detailed design work for specific modules/sub-systems, prototyping for multi-vendor infrastructure, and presenting these prototypes internally or to clients. You will design and develop features in a micro-services environment, working with APIs, telemetry data, and running ML/AI algorithms on both structured and unstructured data.

- Follow detailed instructions to design and develop solutions that drive business growth.
- Assist in writing and testing code.
- Help execute automated testing.
- Follow guidance from diverse stakeholders to engage in software deployment activities. Work closely with the product team to deliver software components.
- Support integration and solution-building through automation and coding, using third-party software.
- Follow detailed instructions to craft, build, and debug large-scale distributed systems.
- Assist in writing, updating, and maintaining technical programs, end-user documentation, and operational procedures.

- Knowledge of cloud architecture and services in multiple public clouds such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and familiarity with related libraries and frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design, coupled with outstanding analytical and debugging abilities. Skilled in microservices architecture and API product development.

- Initial experience collaborating with globally distributed teams throughout various stages, including innovation, initiation, pilot, and production, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
- Experience with tools across the full software delivery lifecycle, including IDEs, source control, CI, testing, mocking, work tracking, and defect management.
- Knowledgeable in Agile and Lean methodologies, Continuous Delivery/DevOps practices, and data-driven approaches.
- Experience handling large data sets and applying ML/AI algorithms.
