In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, and processes.
- Promptly record, update, and escalate support issues to the next level.
- Assist with all IT onboarding activities for new users.
- Collaborate with our internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Explore and identify new IT business tools to support our business users and internal IT team.
- Propose, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.
- Be eager to learn and grow in other IT business areas.
Requirements

Your Day at NTT DATA – NTT DATA Hiring 2024
As a Networking Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L1), you will provide first-line onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients, identifying and resolving technical issues proactively. Your role involves ensuring all service requests and incidents are handled efficiently, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will manage standard and low complexity incidents, performing routine tasks using established information and procedures.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure, install, test, and ensure the operational status of client site infrastructure.
- Install and configure software solutions per client requirements.
- Identify and log problems and errors promptly and with detail.
- Work with stakeholders, including client IT environments, carriers, and NTT colleagues, to diagnose and resolve errors.
- Investigate first-line support calls, identifying root causes of incidents based on knowledge articles.
- Respond to alerts, escalating to L2 Field Engineer if necessary.
- Keep incidents updated with progress and resolution details using the required platform.
- Ensure efficient resolution of incidents and requests.
- Use tools and processes to track, log, report, and correct configuration items, components, and changes.

- Entry-level experience in Networking technologies (routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers).
- Entry-level experience in technical support to clients.
- Entry-level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Entry-level experience providing remote support in Networking technologies.
