- Interns will be organised into teams with a mentor for training and real-world project engagement.

- Thoroughly review functional and design specifications to comprehend individual deliverables.
- Extract test requirements from specifications, create test case mappings, and design comprehensive test coverage plans.
- Translate technical requirements into detailed test plans.
- Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases, including test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts.
- Write test plans, test cases, QA release notes, etc., demonstrating creative problem-solving skills.
- Foster clear communication and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables.
- Document technical/functional corner cases in workflows.
- Apply abstract thinking to swiftly identify bugs.
- Execute and assess manual/automated test cases, providing detailed test result reports.
- Conduct and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
- Promptly identify and escalate potential quality issues to the POD lead as per defined processes.
- Ensure validated deliverables align with functional and design specifications.
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects, as well as verify defect fixes.
