Regular Selection Process : Tech Mahindra Mega Hiring 2024
Tech Mahindra follows a structured selection process to ensure they recruit the best talent. Here is a breakdown of the selection stages:
- Online Test Invitation: Only eligible candidates will be invited to take the online test. Each test serves as a filter for the subsequent stage of the selection process.
- Aptitude Test and English Essay/Story: Initial screening to assess general aptitude and language skills.
- Technical & Psychometric Test: Evaluation of technical knowledge and psychological suitability for the role.
- Verbal Communication Test: Assessment of verbal communication skills.
- Technical Interview: In-depth technical interview to gauge proficiency in relevant technical areas.
- HR Interview: Final interview to evaluate overall fit within the company culture and role requirements.
Eligible candidates will receive a test link for all rounds on their registered email ID. It is advised to check your junk/spam folder as well to ensure you don’t miss any communications.
Note: Rounds 1-3 will be conducted online, while rounds 4-5 (Technical & HR interviews) will take place at a specified Tech Mahindra campus.
Supercoder Selection Process
Tech Mahindra offers an exclusive track for candidates who excel both academically and in the regular selection process (excluding the HR round). These candidates will be eligible for the Supercoder Cadre selection.
- Supercoder Test: Eligible candidates will take an additional test. Those who pass will be designated as Supercoders.
Compensation : Tech Mahindra Mega Hiring 2024
- Regular Selection Process: Candidates clearing this process will be offered a CTC of INR 3.25 LPA.
- Supercoder Selection Process: Supercoders will be offered a CTC of INR 5.5 LPA.
Joining Location and Work Timings
- Location: Open positions are available PAN India. Candidates should be flexible to work on different projects at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Centers or client locations spread across the country.
- Work Hours: Candidates should be open to working in different shifts as per company requirements.
