Eligibility Criteria for Tech Mahindra Off Campus Drive 2023

Profile Details

Tech Mahindra is seeking candidates who have completed their B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, E&C, E&TC, Telecom, Communication, or Electronics.
The recruitment drive is open to graduates from the 2022 and 2023 batches, provided they have no pending backlogs and possess either a consolidated mark sheet or a provisional degree certificate.
Applicants must have achieved a minimum score of 70% (without rounding up) in their 10th, 12th/Diploma (if applicable), and their respective degrees (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science).
It is essential that candidates have not experienced any academic year loss after completing their 10th standard.
Preference will be given to candidates who can provide their PC (Provisional Certificate) or a consolidated mark sheet for the evaluation process.

Selection Process

The selection process for eligible candidates consists of multiple tests, each acting as a criterion for proceeding to the subsequent stage of the process.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be sent a test link for all rounds to the email address provided during registration. It is advised for candidates to also check their junk/spam folders for the test link.

Super coder Selection

Candidates who demonstrate outstanding academic performance and excel in the selection process (excluding the HR round) will be eligible for consideration in the Supercoder cadre selection.
Qualified candidates will proceed to take the Supercoder test, and those who successfully pass the test will be recognized and designated as Supercoders.

Location of Work & Work Schedule

The candidate should be open to working on various projects at any of Tech’s Development Centers or client sites nationwide. The work schedule will adhere to the designated company timings, which may include different shifts.

Agreement & Remuneration

On selection,

Selected candidates will undergo a probationary period of 3 months.
Candidates who successfully pass the standard selection process will qualify for a Consolidated Term (CT) of INR 3.25 Lakhs per annum.
Candidates who successfully pass the Supercoder selection process will qualify for a Consolidated Term (CT) of INR 5.5 Lakhs per annum.
Upon joining the company, candidates are obligated to sign an indemnity bond worth INR IL, committing to a mandatory service period of 2 years from the date of joining.
