Trainee Role
Main functions and formal responsibilities:Topsoe off campus hiring 2024
- Upgrade and modify existing software applications
- Support availability for all existing tools and applications, including their lifecycle planning and eventual decommissioning.
- Scoped developer-related tasks and stakeholder responsibilities including programming, documentation preparation, and team knowledge transfer throughout the SDLC.
Goals:
Concentrate on delivery of in-house software tools and applications. NET technologies.
Required Competencies:
- Experience in managing development for complex-based applications.
- Good experience with OOP(Object-oriented programming)
- Familiarity with ASP. Having experience in NET, Azure Cloud, and DB systems is a bonus.
- Communication Skills – Being able to authoritatively maintain the right energy active and Source;
- Ability to escalate issues that remain unresolved to upper-level support.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Tech, etc) from a recognized national institution. Sound academic pedigree throughout
- Or a degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E, B.Tech, or M.tech) with some experience in software application development may be considered.
- Familiarity with chemical/process / mechanical engineering and fabrication practices is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in IT. They may also be freelancers with solid experience or those returning to work from a career break, as long as they would want to start off as IT Trainees.
