This elite recruitment program allows you to convert your diploma in Computer Science, IT, EC, Electrical and Electronics, or Telecommunication into a B.Tech degree (in Information Systems). Fully funded degree from a Wipro IoE-ranked (Institute of Eminence) university, combined with an assured full-time job at Wipro after the completion of your graduation. Diploma in Computer Science/InformationTechnology/Electronics/Telecommunication /Computer Engineering /Electronics and Communication (OR) Diploma in Computer Technology/Digital ElectronicsPassing (%) 50 % or above

- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Diploma – 50%
Other Criteria: Wipro SIM 2024
- If there is an education gap, then a maximum of 3 years are allowed between the year in which a Student passed his/her 10th and the following academic intake to any Diploma program.
- Diploma Courses are full-time. Note: Sorry we do not provide Part-time, Correspondences or Distance learning education Note: Diploma program
- Core Mathematics to be studied during the Diploma
- Related: Business Maths & Applied Mathematics will NOT be included in Core Maths courses for future Diploma engineering admissions.
- 10th & 12th Open school or distance education.
- A maximum of one backlog is allowed till the assessment process Backlogs and 6th semester results are to be cleared by the candidates in combination.
- Indian Citizen/Possess PIO or OCI card in case of holding a passport of any other country.
- Citizenship certificate for Bhutan and Nepal Nationals
- Anyone who has already been part of any interview process or event conducted by Wipro in the last 3 months will not be considered.
Age- Candidate must be 18 years or older at the time of onboarding
Service Agreement: 48 months.

- 1st-year Stipend INR 12,400 per month
- Stipend in the 2nd year: Rs.14900 p.m
- Stipend Third year – INR 17,553 per month
- B.A.LL.B Fourth year stipend – Rs 19,618 per month
- CTC: Rs. 12,400.00 per Month

- Programming Consists of 4 Sections: Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
- Analytical – 20 mins-20 ques
- Quantitative – 20 Questions – 20 Mins
- MCQ Test on Verbal and Written Communication (20 mins)
Round 2 – Business discussion

Non-competition Round 4: Pre-Skilling Training
