Wipro WILP 2024

Wipro WILP is a kind of learn and earn program for BCA and BSc students where students can get a decent amount of stipend while they are working at Wipro. The main part of this program is the MTech, which you get completely free from BITS Pilani Institute, fully sponsored by Wipro. That degree is a valid degree.

Eligibility Criteria – Wipro WILP 2024

Your 10th and 12th should be passed without any criteria.
Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA in graduation According to university guidelines
You should be from BCA or BSc only not from BBACA and BCS
Passing out batch 2023 and 2024 only.
Eligible streams from BSc: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics.

Other Criteria – Wipro WILP 2024

Distance education and open schooling are allowed only for 10th and 12th.
Only one backlog is allowed at the time of your exam, but it should be cleared before joining Wipro.
Within the sixth semester, you need to pass all your backlog exams.
In your BCA and BSc, core mathematics subjects should be included, for example, DMS.
Even if you belong to BCA and BSc but have not included core mathematics as a subject, you are not eligible to apply for this job. If selected, your offer letter will be revoked.
A gap of three years is allowed, but it should be between 10th and 12th only, not during graduation. Graduation should be completed within three years of your start time.
You must be an Indian citizen.
If you’re from Bhutan or Nepal, you have to submit a citizen certificate.
If you have completed your three months of cooling period, you will receive your test invitation mail.
Your age should be 18 years or more.

About Your Salary – Stipend – Wipro WILP 2024

Discussing the salary, you will not receive a salary here. Instead, you will get a stipend because you are a student of Wipro.

After completing your MTech degree, your designation will be Senior Project Engineer, and you will earn around ₹6 lakhs per annum.

Until then, the stipend details are as follows:

First year: ₹15,000
Second year: ₹17,000
Third year: ₹19,000
Fourth year: ₹23,000

You will receive a joining bonus of ₹75,000, but you must return this bonus if you leave within 60 months, as it breaks Wipro’s bond.

The amount you need to return if you leave early is as follows:

Within one year: ₹75,000
After two years: ₹50,000
After three years: ₹40,000

The amount decreases progressively over the bond period.

Selection process

Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, the below details are appended for your reference.

Round 1 – Online Assessment – Wipro WILP 2024

Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:

Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
Written Communication Test (20 mins)

Round 2 – Business discussion – Wipro WILP 2024

Round 3 – HR Discussion – Wipro WILP 2024

Note : After clearing the online assessment, candidates will have to go through a business discussion round. Candidates who clear the business discussion round will go through an HR discussion round and finally the HR round cleared candidates will be receiving the letter of intent (LOI) LOI accepted candidates will have to go through a pre-skilling training. Pre-skilling cleared candidates will be receiving the final offer letter.

Please note that at any stage, whether during your online test, interview process, and/or during pre-skilling training or upon joining the Company, if it is brought to our notice that you have indulged in malpractices or used illegal means to clear your online assessment, the Company shall withdraw or revoke the offer with immediate effect and we reserve our rights to take suitable action against you as we may deem fit.
